What information is contained in the commercial gas safety certificate commercial premises?
- The commercial gas safety inspection should at least contain:
- date when the appliance and/or chimney was checked
- description and location of each tested device and/or chimney
- registration number, name and signature of the engineer who performed the check
- the name and address of the landlord (or his agent, if applicable)
- any defect found and any action necessary or taken to correct it
- address of the property in which the appliance and/or chimney is installed
- confirmation of the results of the operational safety checks carried out at your point of sale
- Gas tightness test report, working pressure or operating pressure
- Flue gas analysis readings checking for co, co2 and carbon monoxide
